ffide is free to use. By searching or otherwise using the directory, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

• Not a registry. The Insurance Commission is the registry; ffide is a searchable mirror of what it publishes.
• Not a marketplace. There are no referral fees and no paid ranking. Placement is never for sale.
• Not a guarantee. An IC license confirms accreditation with the regulator — it is not an endorsement of any advice or product.
• Not real-time. Data reflects the IC roster as of its published document date, which we display on every record.

We take the IC’s published roster as our source and present it faithfully, but we cannot warrant that a given record is complete or current at the moment you read it. Always verify against the source document linked on each profile, and confirm an advisor’s standing with the Insurance Commission before relying on it.

Use ffide for legitimate verification. Do not scrape the directory in bulk, attempt to overwhelm or disrupt the service, misrepresent records, or use the data to harass any individual. We may rate-limit or block abusive access.

ffide is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bp labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the directory. Your dealings with any advisor are solely between you and that advisor.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
